Responsibility for all duties from recruitment to retirement of staff to the relevant grades of the Departmental Service, updating and maintaining the Personal Files of all officers and staff attached to the Combined Service, all activities relating to the training of officers and staff and Human Resource Development, all matters relating to staff discipline and Personnel Management.
